Cool and Fresh

This design combines die cutting and embossing with colour mixing and blending to co-ordinate all the elements of the card.  The base card is white and has had green, gold, and yellow glimmer mists spritzed and mixed around the edges.  The main focal panel has been embossed in a machine then glittered.  Two pieces of contrasting coloured card are die cut and gutted, then matted and layered with the focal panel and attached to the base card.  The embellishments are created by using pieces of the same cardstock as used for the other parts of the card, and colouring them with inks and glimmer mists to compliment the existing colour scheme.  The flowers, leaves, swirls and butterfly are cut from dies in a machine.  The flowers are glazed with glossy accents and micro beads are used to create the centres.
