A Special Delivery

This design is simple and easy to do, and can easily be created in blue, lemon, lilac or green to cover all eventualities.  The base card is pearlescent card which has a lovely sheen to it.  The background panel is white card that has pearlescent Brilliance ink blended on to it on the top half of the panel.  The same colour ink is used to stamp images of baby hands and feet across the card, then heat embossed with clear powder.  The bottom half of the panel is covered with a piece of printed paper cut to size.  The  panel is edged with a silver Krylon pen, then a co-ordinating ribbon is attached with red double sided tape to hide the join.   The panel  gives the effect of a nursery.  A couple of buttons are attached with clear drying glue.  All the other embellishments are made using silver peel offs, some have been put onto white card and coloured with promarkers, others have used printed papers.  The edges of the stork's wings have been glittered then the card is assembled.
