Red and White Christmas

This design is my take on a the Scandinavian style of Christmas cards, tags and wrapping paper that became so popular in 2012.  The base card is centura pearl again.  The background paper is created in the same way as in the previous card but using red paper instead of black.  The snowflake panel is a piece of white card that has been embossed through a machine, with glitter added as highlights and the edges torn and inked in red.   Two tags are punched from the centura pearl cardstock and a tree image is stamped in red Versafine and heat embossed with clear powder.  Using another piece of the background paper. the tags are drawn around, slightly larger, and cut out.  Red ink is used to edge the stamped tags, then they are matted on to the red tags which are edged in white ink.  Each tag has some ribbon threaded through.  A greeting is stamped and heat embossed on to centura pearl card, edged with ink and die cut, then matted on to mirror card.  The red background paper is matted on to mirror card and attached to the base card.  The snowflake panel is matted on to mirror card and attached with dimentional glue.  The tags and the greeting panel are also attached with dimentional glue, then die cut swirls add the finishing touch.
