This is a lovely design using the second of a set of two teddy bear stamps. I wanted to create a soft vintage effect. The base card is plain white cardstock. The background is a very pale blue card that has been embossed in a folder through a machine, then tinted around the edges with Distress inks, Broken China and Brushed Corduroy. It is then matted on to brown card and layered on to the base card. The focal panel is created using the same card as for the background panel. The teddy bear image is stamped three or four times (depending how many layers you want) in Sepia ink and heat embossed with clear powder. The images are coloured using pro markers, then cut out reducing the images by a little bit with each layer. After colouring and cutting out glitter is added to highlight certain areas. Then the layers are assembled with dimensional glue and attached to the card. Some corner images are created in the same way as the focal panel then attached to the card to complete the design.
